Orders will be shipped out within one week. If the merchandise is in
stock we will ship it the day the order is received.
All Abraxas jewelry ships in an Abraxas satin jewelry pouch and/or
Abraxas jewelry box. Please allow 5-10 business days from ship date for delivery. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Payment Terms - We accept the following cards as means of payment for purchases: VISA and Master Card.
Purchases are charged to your credit card when we ship your order.
Please be sure to provide the CVV code and exact billing address for your card. Incorrect information may cause delays or cancellation of your order.
Your credit card will be charged upon shipment of your order.
Abraxas can't always guarantee availability of all products. If you
have ordered an item that is no longer available or if an item will be
delayed in shipping, we will notify you of the situation via email. We
do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped
and, of course, we do not bill you for items that are not available.

Minimum Order Requirements: Initial Order $200. Reorders in the same season $150.
Abraxas ships UPS Ground within Canada. UPS claims 1-5 business days (based on distance to destination) in their "delivery commitment" at ups.com. We will ship 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air upon request. These express shipments are subject to additional charges. In some cases, 3-Day, 2-Day, and Next Day will not be available.
Abraxas accepts merchandise for exchange or credit within a period of 14 days. Shipping charges on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Abraxas will accept returns and exchanges on items that are in their original condition for credit or exchange ONLY. Items must not have been worn and should include Abraxas pouch and/or Abraxas box. We are not able to issue credit or exchanges on sale items. Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.
Merchandise credits do not expire and may be used for future orders. Merchandise credits may be used for merchandise only; credits may not be used for past orders or for shipping charges.

STANDARD DELIVERY TIME
IN-STOCK ITEMS are typically shipped within 48 HOURS of receipt and delivered within 5-10 business days. If any items are temporarily out of stock we will notify you of the shipping date and give you the option of cancelling these items from your order.
A $10 PROCESSING FEE IS CHARGED TO ALL RUSHED SHIPMENTS
Backorder is when merchandise is temporarily unavailable because it has not been delivered to the Abraxas distribution center, sold out or is being re-ordered. The expected shipping date for backorders will be informed to you. We try our best to stay accurate about our estimated dates but please know that sometimes it can be a little delayed than expected due to rare circumstances.
